Carbon Neutral Shipping

Our carbon neutral shipping gives you the piece of mind knowing that all emissions created by your shipments have been off set by a variety of accredited projects and initiatives.  This is standard with all Green Forest shipments and is happily covered by us at no expense to you.

Standard Delivery

Most packages are delivered within 3-10 business days. We ship via Purolator, and are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • All order placed Monday-Friday will ship the next business day.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays in Canada
  • All orders are shipped by ground with Purolator unless other wise specified.
When your purchase totals $75 or more we will cover all but $10 of the cost of shipping so you don't need to worry about it. Stay where you are and let us get what you need to you!

    International Delivery

    Green Forest only ships within Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to include international shipping soon. Please sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date on any changes.

    You may return defective, damaged, unopened, and unused items that were purchased at within 30 days of the date of purchase.

    To make a return, simply email and let us know what went wrong. Returns should be sent via insured carrier to:

    Return shipping is at the purchasers expense. Items returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase can be refunded or exchanged for another of the same item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Damaged/Defective Goods

    We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase.     Dangerous Goods

    Some of our product is regulated under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act in Canada. Depending on the volume ordered receiver may need require a Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate under various federal regulations.
